I spent an incredible week in MT! I spoke and lead a workshop 4 different towns (3 of them were on Indian Reservations). Here are my thoughts after day 1. We are hopeful that we are going to be able to lead many more programs in MT for many years to come. The biggest realization that I made on a personal level was “how would my life be different if I were brought up in a community where education was not encouraged?” I don’t know if I would of had the drive to complete my college degree without the support of friends and family.
